I'M Great - virtual Job Fair!
It was developed with Job Seekers in mind for them to showcase their greatness...
It's simple, user-friendly and most importantly, it works on your behalf.
Its function is to introduce actively looking job seekers with actively hiring recruiters and employers.
How does it work?
1) Create a quick profile
2) Choose the job pool that you would like to be added to. Example: if you're a Customer Service Representative, then you would choose the "Customer Service Representative" pool.
3) Create a listing and fill out the required details. We promised that this was designed with Job Seeker's in mind so the application is very short.
4) Sit back, relax and wait for recruiters and hiring managers to contact you. Once your listing is submitted, it will be visible to recruiters and hiring managers that use our platform. When they are looking to hire, they will browse the job pools and look through the profiles and if they are interested, they will either chat through the application or contact you directly.
Q. How can you increase your chances of being contacted?
A. When you create your listing, make sure to upload a short 1-minute video introducing yourself to your potential employer. We believe that we are more than our resumes. This is your chance to showcase your greatness beyond the words on your resume.
Q. Who can see my postings and videos?
A. Only recruiters and hiring managers can see the postings, videos and job seekers' profiles.
Q. How many postings do I need to create?
A. Usually you should only post 1 time. However, if you feel like you could be added to more than 1 job pool, then you could create 1 posting per 1 job pool.
